Enjoyed this article.I also dont think self knowledge is enough to bring emotional wellbeing.I think perhaps the knowledge needs to be used to bring about change.I think we have to work hard once we have gained the insight to create,happyness,self forgiveness,inner peace.What ever we discover through our process that we need to create inside it takes will and only we can do it.
